Bonjour and welcome to our Bonjour Québec pitch for the October 1st, 2025 event at Vermont Studios.

This is the pitch check that was presented on Friday, August 22nd.

Notes from the session that vary from the pitch below:

  • The igloo (bubble dome) will be placed in the photo studio to pair with the vintage suits for a snow globe-style photo moment.

  • The DJ will also be set up in the photo studio, along with the Montréal Ice Fest mascot.

  • We will explore options for bringing in additional puppies beyond the Springer Spaniels, depending on age and socialization readiness at that time.

  • For personalization, we will likely shift from goggles to mitts. Ideally, we’d secure a local Québec brand that can be customized, though UGG mitts remain a strong contender given their proven success as high-value, well-appreciated guest gifts.

  • Beer and wine will be served during the event.

  • We are exploring the addition of a faux fire pit or a bench to enhance the cozy, wintery atmosphere.

  • A table solution will be needed for partners to display or set up their materials - this could be a long table or cruiser tables at each station.

  • Partner layout: approximately three partners at the Igloofest activation, and two partners at each of the other stations
